The Gunks Climbers Coalition will be hosting it's first annual Membership Party in conjunction with the Access Fund on September 17th.  

Taking place from 5pm till 10pm at the wonderful Williams Lake Hotel in Rosendale, NY (with support from the Williams Lake Project), the membership party is sure to be a great time. Come out and support your local climbing organization by signing up to be a member and get current updates on all things Gunks related!

The party will be a leisurely affair with a cookout, music, silent auction, and short presentations from the Gunks Climbers Coalition, The Access Fund, The American Alpine Club, regarding the upcoming plans for a AAC campground in Gardiner, as well as two short films from Dead Point Magazine and Big Up Productions.

Items to be auctioned off in the silent auction have graciously been donated by the following companies: Outdoor Research, Five Ten, La Sportiva, Sterling Ropes, Metolius, Petzl, Black Diamond, Organic Climbing, Dead Point Magazine, Rock and Snow, Big Up Productions, NE2C Productions, The Cliffs at Valhalla, and the American Alpine Club.

By sending in your RSVP before the 15th of September, you will receive free food at the event. We can not guarantee you food if you do not RSVP.  The cost for the event is $40 for membership and party and $20 for just the party. Your RSVP will help us determine the amount of food needed for the event and help us gauge parking and seating requirements. Your RSVP does not preclude you from paying the membership/entrance fee.
